Broken update

The update has broken my current game. After coming back to the game after about 1 year I was looking forward to the new content. All was going well until I reached the catacombs with my rogue. Once I entered the blue warp square, the game crashed and keeps doing that.

Soon after I started a different character and at the same point in the catacomb with the blue warps the game crashes after the warp.

I sent support this issue to their support email to report issues but have still to hear anything, if at all.

At this point I am done with the game because of the game breaking bug. I have no desire to try another character or to reinstall the game to possibly fix it and lose all my progress.
